Organic local flour from Small Valley Milling, in Halifax, and loads of butter are mixed and folded completely by hand, to create layers and pockets of pure bliss. Sourdough Sanctuary Scones get topped with their Signature crunch, organic fair trade Turbinado sugar. An excellent choice for coffee or tea time

Appalachian Trail Cookies
A West Perry best seller inspired by the long, winding paths of the Appalachian Trail and the simple nourishment carried along the way. These trail-mix–style sourdough cookies are made with local stone-ground and organic wheat flours, hearty oats, dark chocolate, organic sprouted pumpkin seeds, dried whole cranberries, and organic sundried Smyrna figs. Each ingredient is chosen for both sustenance and comfort, creating a cookie that feels grounding and familiar, yet quietly complex. Gently sweet, deeply satisfying, and rich with texture, these cookies are meant to be enjoyed slowly—like a pause on the trail, a deep breath, and the steady rhythm of putting one foot in front of the other.
Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls And Pecan Sticky Buns
Slow-fermented and softly risen, these sourdough rolls are a study in patience and comfort. Dreamy layers are rolled with organic Ceylon cinnamon, prized for its gentle warmth and aromatic sweetness, then baked until tender and fragrant. The cinnamon rolls are finished simply, with a Madagascar Vanilla Bean Glaze, allowing the depth of the dough and spice to take center stage. The pecan sticky buns are tucked into a buttery caramel sweetened with honey, where toasted pecans snuggle into the crumb as they bake, creating a rich, sticky finish. I highly suggest resisting the urge to dive in before you get them home to serve warm!

Sourdough Fougasse
Hailing from Provence, Southeastern France, this bread has deep roots in history, with Roman origins - let’s call it a cousin of focaccia. Traditionally baked in the rural villages throughout Provence, this flatbread was made after the village loaves were baked with bits of dough that remained.
Baked with a blend of local organic and local stone ground flours, found in my Sanctuary® kitchen, these flatbreads are brushed with Michelin Quality organic single origin extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with American unrefined ancient sea salt and Herbs de Provence. One of my very FAVORITE things to bake here at Sourdough Sanctuary®!
Sourdough Brownie
They need no further introduction. Wild yeast culture gives these decadent chocolate brownies another layer of sinful flavor. Cut on the bias, share these with your other half, or keep this moment all for yourself. A flourish of semisweet chocolate ganache on top, just because I love you.
